1) Registration and password:

At the time of registration you will be asked for an email address (USERNAME) and the relative password. Please write down this data in order to be able to access your account again in the future (the lowercase and uppercase letters are different for the system, so pay attention). Our staff is not able to know the password of your account as it is stored encrypted during registration. If you lose your password, using the password recovery function you can receive an email automatically generated by the system containing your registration data.

NOTE: The email is sent by a robot and in most cases is identified as spam if you have an antivirus/spam system, so if you use the password recovery function, we recommend temporarily disabling your anti-spam.

Obviously, the e-mail will be sent to the address you entered during the registration procedure, so during the same, be very careful to type your e-mail address correctly.

If you are unable to recover your password, you can contact us and one of our operators will reset your password and manually assign you another one.

2) Responsibility

RV Global s.r.l. is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the RV Global s.r.l. website, also due to delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to RV Global s.r.l..

3) Technical Information

The technical information entered on the RV Global s.r.l. website is derived from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalogue. RV Global s.r.l., therefore, reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalogue, based on what will be communicated by the producers, even without any notice.
  

4) Product Availability

In the product catalog published on the RV Global s.r.l. since access and the possibility of placing an order online change the availability of the product in real time, RV Global s.r.l. does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods, in the event of unavailability or delays we will contact the customer as soon as possible to provide him with alternatives.

5) Risk and Property

The goods are shipped prepaid, insured with a charge on the invoice. The goods are under the responsibility of RV Global s.r.l. up to the destination, at the customer's address. In the event that the goods are shipped freight collect, following the customer's instructions (i.e. the customer sends his own carrier to collect the goods at our warehouse), the risk is to be considered borne by the customer from delivery of the goods to the carrier. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In case of discrepancy, the same must be reported immediately on the courier's slip by adding the wording "subject to inspection" and within eight days by fax or email, to RV Global s.r.l.. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must ' be verified within eight days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or email within eight days. Any notification beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

 

6) Orders

Orders are accepted only and exclusively in written form, via the Internet (online). The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming the order by electronic mail (E-mail), with the indication of the relative order number.

 

7) Cancellation of the order

In case of second thoughts, it is possible to cancel the order before shipment by sending a communication via email to sales@hotstar.ws and using the contact form.

8) Return & Satisfaction Guarantee

If the items purchased are not to your liking, you can request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt. It will be sufficient to send them back by parcel post or courier carriage paid, attaching the purchase slip of the material to be returned or replaced. Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt as long as they are new and in the original packaging. All ancillary costs for return procedures (transport costs) are charged to the customer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: used/worn UNDERWEAR products cannot be returned for sanitary reasons

Note: it is recommended to pack the goods adequately as the responsibility for the integrity of the same during the return procedure is borne by the sender. To make a return, contact our offices in order to obtain the return authorization and the address to send the package to be returned, write to shop@lifepo4.it or use the contact form.

Returns of goods produced or ordered specifically for the customer or from b2b sales (invoice to company) are not accepted.

  

9) Minimum Order

For shipments to Italy the minimum order is €20, for goods destined within the European community the minimum order is €50.00 (transport costs excluded).

The transport costs indicated automatically by the system are to be considered purely indicative. In the case of delivery to disadvantaged areas or parts of the world, if the amount automatically calculated by the system does not cover the real shipping cost, we reserve the right to contact you to communicate the transport price. If this is considered excessively expensive by you, we will be able to separate the transport price from the order (in this case you will have to send us your carrier for collection).

In any case, we reserve the right not to ship to areas or parts of the world not covered by our trusted carriers.

10) Prices

All the prices entered on the site, in the relative column, are to be understood as prices including VAT. Prices can be changed at any time, without notice.

11) Payments

The goods supplied must be paid for by advance bank transfer or credit card.

For some selected products we also accept payments on delivery (cash on delivery and courier).

Orders with bank transfer payment are sent to work only after the actual crediting in the account and we do not take into account the receipts.

12) Shipping and deliveries

Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by RV Global s.r.l. or its delegate. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically by the system, based on the destination and weight-volume of the goods.

No deliveries are made to floors.

In case of theft/loss RV Global s.r.l. undertakes to send a new product and, if the same should be unavailable and/or out of stock, will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the right for the customer not to accept this new product and request the issuance of a note of credit relating to the product itself.

Assuming that the carrier is appointed in any capacity by the customer, RV Global s.r.l. will not be responsible for the loss and/or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.

The delivery time to the courier, purely indicative, is approximately 2-7 working days from the date of the order (unless otherwise specified on the product itself) to which are added 2-8 working days for delivery to the destination, excluding variations due to major force.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, delivery will take place during office hours on all days, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

For extra-EEC exports, customs charges for imports are the responsibility of the recipient.

IMPORTANT: Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).

Any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier who carries out the delivery, adding the wording 'goods control reserve' on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed, immediately by fax, e-mail or registered letter with return receipt, to the operational headquarters:

Warning: if you accept the goods delivered by the courier without making the necessary reservations, you will in no way be able to claim any shortages or damage due to transport at a later time to RV Global s.r.l. but exclusively to the courier.

13) Warranty

All goods sold are guaranteed by RV Global s.r.l. and any assistance centers authorized by the manufacturers of the articles.

Notes: The technical and aesthetic characteristics of the articles are indicative. The company is not liable for typographical errors or variations in the characteristics and prices introduced by the producers or for damages caused by the improper use of the products. For any dispute, the only competent court is that of Udine. Regulations concerning increases or decreases in VAT, exchange rates or sales taxes will give rise to adjustments.

These conditions of sale are valid only in Italy. All prices in our price lists are to be understood in Euros.
